Fresh accidents respond best
Tell us what happened and roughly when. A fresh accident on a rug or cover usually comes out. Set-in urine stains improve but can leave a shadow, and we tell you what to expect before we start.

Most items are back in 5 to 7 working days. A 24-hour express service is available for an extra charge.

Do you clean carpets or sofas in the home?
No. We collect rugs, removable covers and pillows only. Base cushions are accepted when they are under 100 cm long and 60 cm wide.
How much does it cost?
Removable covers, cushions and pillows are from €30 per piece. Rugs, pet beds, toys, leads and carriers are quoted from a photo because sizes and materials vary.
How should I prepare the items?
Remove any solid waste, shake off loose hair, and put the items in a bag. Tell us what happened and how long ago.
How quickly can you collect?
Pickups run Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm and Saturday 10am to 12pm with 24 hours’ notice. Message us on WhatsApp if it is urgent and we will tell you the earliest slot.
Will the smell come out?
Steam and ozone treatments reduce odours caused by urine, moisture and bacteria, and most items come back fresh. We are honest if an item is unlikely to recover fully.
