WhizzFix is a few minutes' drive from Swieqi, at 88 Triq Birkirkara in St Julian's, and collects from Swieqi addresses for €4 each way. Families use us for the weekly wash, for duvets and bedding that will not fit a home machine, and for steam and ozone sanitisation of strollers, car seats and soft toys.
What Swieqi households send us
- Bulk laundry. A 6 kg wash is €8 and each extra kilo is €1, so a family week's worth is straightforward. Drying is €1.50 per 10 minutes and folding €4 per 6 kg.
- Duvets, quilts and bedspreads. Cleaned per item, from €13 for a single or double quilt. See the per-item list.
- Strollers and car seats. Fabric and hard surfaces are steam-cleaned and ozone-treated to remove odours and build-up. From €35 each. Not a medical sterilisation, but a proper deep clean.
- School shoes and trainers. Cleaned from €25 a pair, re-glued from €15.
