Hermès bag cleaning starts from €45 for a 25 cm bag at WhizzFix in St Julian's, Malta. We clean and hydrate Togo, Epsom, Clemence and Swift leathers, rebuild scuffed corners, polish palladium and gold hardware and correct colour wear. Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 working days for a spa and 7 to 14 days for colour work.
What we do for Hermès bags
- Spa and hydration. A full clean of the exterior and interior, followed by conditioning to keep the leather supple. Clemence and Swift benefit most from regular hydration in Malta's climate.
- Corner and edge work. Corners on Birkin and Kelly bags take the most wear. We rebuild and colour-match them and re-finish the edge paint.
- Colour touch-ups. Scuffs, colour transfer and fading on handles and flaps are corrected by hand. On lighter colours such as Gold, Etoupe and Craie we work conservatively and show you test results before going further.
- Hardware polish. Touret, sangles and plaque hardware are polished by hand. We do not re-plate.
- Interior and odour. Chevre linings are cleaned and deodorised, and steam and ozone sanitisation is available for bags kept in storage.
