1. Book and confirm
Choose your service, times and delivery address. Complete and sign our booking form, and upload a photo of your passport and your flight confirmation. We confirm your booking once your details are checked.

2. Hand over your bags
We meet you outside arrivals or at your accommodation. Each bag is photographed, sealed and tagged in front of you.

3. Enjoy Malta hands-free
Your bags stay in our secure storage and arrive in the one-hour window you picked. We track your flight, so delays are handled for you.
Prices
Every price includes VAT, same-day storage, flight tracking and up to 2 bags. Extra bags and services are added at booking.

Bags up to 32 kg each. Bookings close 12 hours before the first handover; later bookings on request. Prices are introductory and may change.
What you need to book
A signed booking form, a photo of your passport or ID, and your flight confirmation. We use these to confirm who you are and when you land, and only release your bags to you or the person you name.
How we look after your bags
Every bag is photographed, weighed and fitted with a numbered seal at handover. You receive the seal numbers and photos on WhatsApp. Bags are kept in a locked, CCTV-monitored storage area at our St Julian's premises and are never opened. At delivery, you check the seals before we leave.
Hours and coverage
Airport meets, collections and deliveries run from 09:00 to 18:00, seven days a week, across Malta. Earlier or later times are available on request for a surcharge. If your flight is delayed past 18:00, there is no surcharge. Gozo is not covered at launch.
Luggage questions
What if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight and adjust the meeting time automatically, at no extra cost. If a delay pushes the meet past 18:00, there is no out-of-hours surcharge.
Where do we meet at the airport?
Outside the arrivals exit at Malta International Airport. We send you a photo of the exact spot the day before, with your driver's name.
Why do you need my passport and flight details?
To confirm your identity and your arrival time, and to make sure your luggage is only released to you or the person you name. Your documents are stored securely and deleted after your booking is complete.
Can someone else receive my bags?
Yes. Add their name when you book, for example your host. They need your booking number and ID.
What can't I leave in my luggage?
Cash, jewellery, watches, electronics, passports, keys, essential medication, food and drink, and anything dangerous or illegal. Please keep these with you.
Are my bags insured?
Yes, up to the liability cap per bag set out in our luggage terms, with higher cover available when you book.
Can I store bags for more than one day?
Yes, for up to 7 days, at €8 per bag per extra day.
Do you run at weekends and on Sundays?
Yes. Airport meets, collections and deliveries run seven days a week from 09:00 to 18:00, including days when the shop itself is closed.
Can I cancel?
Free cancellation more than 24 hours before your booking. Within 24 hours we refund 50%. If your flight is cancelled or diverted, you can rebook for free or have a full refund.

Give guests who arrive early or leave late a simple answer. Share our booking link in your check-in guide and we look after the rest. Ask us about the partner programme for short-let managers and hosts.
