Laundry Service
What times are your self-service machines open?
Our self-service is open everyday between 6:00AM and 11:30PM
What’s the turnaround for staffed laundry?
Standard turnaround is 3–5 days. Express 24-hour service may be available depending on workload.
Do you provide detergent, or should I bring my own?
For self-service, detergent is available on-site. For staffed laundry, detergent is always included in the price.
Can I book pickup and delivery for laundry?
Yes. We offer pickup and delivery across Malta for €4 each way.
Shoe Services
Do you clean suede and delicate shoes?
Yes. We handle suede, nubuck, satin, and other delicate materials using safe methods that protect the finish.
Can you fix sole separation or heel damage?
Absolutely. We perform sole reglues, heel tip replacements, and minor stitching to bring your shoes back to life.
What’s the usual turnaround for shoe cleaning?
Standard cleaning is 5-7 working days. More complex restoration work may take 7–14 days.
Handbag Services
Do you work on luxury brands like Gucci, Chanel, and Louis Vuitton?
Yes. We specialise in luxury handbags and carry out cleaning, SPA treatments, colour touch-ups, and full restorations.
How long does handbag colour restoration take?
Touch-ups usually take 5–7 days, while full recolouring projects can take 7–14 days depending on condition.
Can I request a quote before leaving my bag?
Of course. Send us photos via WhatsApp, and we’ll provide a quick estimate.
Sanitisation Services
What methods do you use for sanitisation?
We use steam and ozone treatments to refresh fabrics, reduce odours, and sanitise items without harsh chemicals.
Is this a medical-grade sterilisation service?
No. Our sanitisation is a hygiene and deodorising service, not a clinical sterilisation.
Which items can be sanitised?
We sanitise luggage, shoes, handbags, strollers, car seats, gym gear, household textiles, and more.
Pickup & Delivery
Do you offer pickup and delivery across Malta?
Yes. We cover the entire island. Pickup and delivery is €4 each way.
How do I schedule a pickup?
Simply message us on WhatsApp or call. We’ll arrange a time that works best for you.
Payments & Quotes
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept card/contactless for self-service, and both card and cash for staffed services and deliveries.
