At WhizzFix, we strive to deliver the highest standards in laundry, cleaning, repair, and restoration services. Please read our refund policy carefully as it applies to both services and future product sales.

🧺 Service Refund Policy

  • No Automatic Refunds: Refunds are not issued if a customer is dissatisfied with the outcome. Instead, WhizzFix may offer a redo or correction service free of charge.

  • Discretionary Refunds: Any refund will be made solely at the discretion of WhizzFix management.

  • Timeframe for Complaints: Customers must notify us of dissatisfaction within 72 hours of receiving their serviced item. Timeframes may vary depending on the nature of the item.

  • Service Limitations: Results may vary depending on the item’s original condition, level of wear, and pre-existing damage.

  • Non-Refundable Services: Custom restoration work, express services, and delivery charges are not eligible for refunds.

📦 Product Refund Policy

This section applies to future product sales through WhizzFix.

  • Return Period (New Items): Customers may return eligible new items within 14 days of delivery.

  • Pre-Loved Items: Pre-loved items are non-refundable, unless an item is proven to be counterfeit by an official surveyor (e.g. Bababebi, Entrupy, or the original brand).

  • Condition of Returns: Items must be returned in the same condition they were received, including tags, packaging, and being unused.

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued either to the original payment method or as store credit, at the customer’s choice.

  • Exchanges: Customers may request an exchange instead of a refund.

    • If a refund is requested because the item does not match the listing, WhizzFix will cover return shipping.

    • For all other reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping or may return the item directly to the WhizzFix store.
