Sneaker cleaning costs from €25 a pair at WhizzFix in St Julian's, Malta. That covers a deep clean of the uppers and midsoles, a lace refresh and deodorising. Sole whitening, suede care and sole re-gluing are priced separately below. Standard turnaround is 7 to 14 days, with an express 3 to 5 day option for an extra charge when capacity allows.
What is included
- Deep clean. Uppers, tongue, midsole and outsole are cleaned by hand with products matched to the material: leather, canvas, knit, mesh or suede.
- Sole whitening. Yellowed rubber and foam midsoles on Air Force 1s, Jordans, New Balance and Stan Smiths are brightened.
- Suede and nubuck. Cleaned dry first, then spot-treated, then brushed to lift the nap. No soaking.
- Laces and insoles. Laces are washed or replaced with plain white or black laces on request. Insoles are cleaned and deodorised.
- Repairs. Separating soles are re-glued and worn heel tabs and loose stitching are repaired.
- Sanitisation. Steam and ozone treatment for smelly gym or festival shoes.
