OVERVIEW
Welcome to WhizzFix (“WhizzFix”, “we”, “us”, “our”). We operate this website and store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the “Services”). WhizzFix is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) together with any policies referenced herein (including our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy) govern your access to and use of the Services.
By visiting, interacting with or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy insert link. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence and you have legal capacity to enter into these Terms. You may be asked to provide information (e.g., name, email, billing, payment, shipping). You warrant such information is accurate and complete and that you have the rights necessary to provide it.
You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You may not sell, assign or transfer your account.
SECTION 2 – OUR SERVICES & PRODUCTS
We provide services including (without limitation): laundry (self-service and staffed), ironing, sanitisation, handbag and shoe cleaning, repair and restoration, and related pickup/delivery. From time to time we may also sell products (including new and preloved items, care accessories, and related goods).
We make reasonable efforts to describe services and products accurately; however, colours and appearance may vary by device and lighting. Descriptions, pricing and availability may change without notice. We may limit quantities or refuse service/sale to any person, region or jurisdiction at our discretion.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS & BOOKINGS
Placing an order/booking constitutes an offer to purchase services or products. We may accept or decline at our discretion. Acceptance occurs when we confirm and process your payment. Please review your order carefully; we may be unable to cancel once accepted. If we cancel or modify your order, we’ll attempt to notify you using the contact details you provided.
Orders/bookings are subject to our Refund Policy insert link. You represent your purchases are for personal/household use and not for resale.
SECTION 4 – PRICES, BILLING & PAYMENTS
Prices, fees, promotions and discounts may change without notice. Prices at checkout are those in effect when you place the order and generally exclude taxes, duties, handling and shipping unless stated.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate payment details and authorise us (and Shopify’s processors) to charge your payment method for the total order amount. If a payment fails, you remain responsible for amounts due. Obvious pricing errors may be corrected and orders cancelled/refunded.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING, PICKUP & DELIVERY
Estimated delivery/collection times are not guaranteed. Title and risk for products pass to you when handed to the carrier. For services, risk in your item remains with you; we exercise reasonable care while in our custody. We are not responsible for delays outside our control (e.g., carrier issues, customs, force majeure).
Pickup & delivery for services may be available across Malta for a fee as stated on the site. If we cannot complete pickup/delivery due to inaccurate information or missed appointment, a re-delivery fee may apply.
SECTION 6 – SERVICE-SPECIFIC TERMS (LAUNDRY, CLEANING, RESTORATION, SANITISATION)

Assessment & Limitations. Results vary with age, material, construction, colour-fastness, prior wear, previous cleanings/repairs and pre-existing damage. We may decline items we deem unsafe or unsuitable.

Pre-Treatment Checks. We perform reasonable visual/material checks (and where appropriate, colour-fast testing) and use methods suitable to the item; however, we cannot guarantee stain removal, colour restoration to original shade, or identical results.

Customer Declarations. You confirm items are lawful to service and disclose any known issues (e.g., loose trims, dye transfer, previous repairs, delicate coatings).

Self-Service Laundry. Machines are used at your own risk. Follow in-store instructions; do not overload or use incompatible detergents/temperatures. We’re not liable for damage caused by misuse.

Uncollected Items. Please collect items promptly upon notification. Items uncollected after 90 days may be deemed abandoned. We may dispose of or donate abandoned items and are discharged from further liability after reasonable notice attempts.

Express Services. Express/priority fees are non-refundable once work begins.

Photos & Records. We may photograph items before/after for quality control and, with your consent, for marketing. Personal data is handled per our Privacy Policy.
SECTION 7 – RETURNS & REFUNDS
Services (current business):

No automatic refunds if you are unhappy with results. We may offer a one-time re-do/correction at no charge where feasible.

Any cash/fee refund is at WhizzFix’s sole discretion.

Notify us of dissatisfaction within 72 hours of collection/delivery (time may vary depending on the item’s nature).

Non-refundable: custom restoration work, express service fees, and delivery/collection charges.
Products (future sales):

New items: 14-day return window from delivery for eligible items, unused and in original condition with all tags/packaging.

Preloved items: Not refundable unless authenticated as counterfeit by an official surveyor (e.g., Bababebi, Entrupy, or the original brand).

Refund method: original payment method or store credit. Exchanges permitted subject to stock.

Return shipping: If the item received does not match the listing, we cover return shipping; otherwise you pay return shipping or may return in person to WhizzFix.

SECTION 8 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, trademarks, logos, text, images, graphics, video, audio and their arrangement on the Services are owned by WhizzFix or its licensors and protected by applicable laws. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. No licence is granted except as expressly stated. WhizzFix names, logos and marks are our trademarks; third-party marks are the property of their respective owners.
SECTION 9 – OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide access to third-party tools “as is” and “as available” without warranties. Use is at your own risk and subject to the third party’s terms.
SECTION 10 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Third-party websites or content linked on the Services are not controlled or endorsed by us. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.
SECTION 11 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
WhizzFix is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with WhizzFix. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and WhizzFix, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with WhizzFix.
SECTION 12 – PRIVACY
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy insert link and, where applicable, Shopify’s privacy policy. As Shopify hosts our store, certain personal data will be processed by Shopify and its service providers (which may be outside your country). By using the Services, you consent to such processing. SECTION 13 – FEEDBACK & REVIEWS
If you submit ideas, reviews or feedback (“Feedback”), you grant WhizzFix a perpetual, worldwide, sublicensable, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish and display such Feedback for any purpose. You warrant you own the Feedback and that it complies with law and these Terms. We may remove Feedback we deem inappropriate.
SECTION 14 – ERRORS, INACCURACIES & OMISSIONS
We may correct errors or update information (including after order submission) without prior notice where permitted by law.
SECTION 15 – PROHIBITED USES
You agree not to use the Services for unlawful purposes; to infringe IP rights; to harass or harm others; to transmit malware; to scrape, spam or circumvent security; or otherwise interfere with the Services. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
SECTION 16 – TERMINATION
We may terminate or suspend the Services or your access at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive (including IP, warranties disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnities).
SECTION 17 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Except as expressly stated by WhizzFix, the Services and all products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers; your rights may vary.
SECTION 18 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WhizzFix and our affiliates, directors, employees, agents, contractors and service providers (and Shopify and its affiliates) shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or use arising from the Services or products, even if advised of the possibility. Our aggregate liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the transaction giving rise to the claim.
SECTION 19 – INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WhizzFix (and Shopify) and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents from claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of law or third-party rights, or misuse of the Services.
SECTION 20 – SEVERABILITY
If any provision is unlawful or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remainder will remain in effect.
SECTION 21 – WAIVER; ENTIRE AGREEMENT
No waiver of any term is a continuing waiver. These Terms and referenced policies constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services and supersede prior agreements.
SECTION 22 – ASSIGNMENT
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms without restriction.
SECTION 23 – GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and any disputes shall be governed by the laws of Malta. You and WhizzFix submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malta.
SECTION 24 – HEADINGS
Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
SECTION 25 – CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a new version with an effective date. Material changes will be notified as required by law. Your continued use of the Services after changes indicates acceptance.
