What we do for Louis Vuitton bags
- Coated canvas cleaning. Monogram, Damier Ebene and Damier Azur canvas is cleaned of grime, denim transfer and sun cream marks. Azur shows dirt most and responds well to a proper clean.
- Vachetta leather care. The untreated leather on Speedy, Neverfull and Alma handles and trim darkens with age. We clean, even out water marks and hydrate it. We cannot return vachetta to its pale new colour, and we will say so before you commit.
- Edge glazing and stitching. Cracked or peeling edge coating is re-glazed, and loose stitching on handles and tabs is re-sewn.
- Interior clean. Alcantara and canvas linings are cleaned and deodorised. Sticky, peeling linings on older bags are a known issue and are quoted separately.
- Hardware polish. Brass zips, locks and rivets are polished.

A note on canvas versus leather
Coated canvas is tough and takes cleaning well. The weak points on most Louis Vuitton bags are the vachetta trim and the edge coating. Tell us if the bag has had previous repairs so we can choose the right approach.
